Crazy British Instructor!

Okay, now there were two videos that my teacher gave to us to watch.  This British dude is crazy fast.  He is obviously good at what he does, but it took me awhile to do the same things he did, especially the last shape.  I couldn't quite get it right.

I need to watch the next video though.  =/
